Exterior Washing

At Gravel’s Auto Detailing, our Exterior Detailing Package includes a pre-wash, foam contact wash, and deep cleaning of wheels and tires, with an optional tire shine. We apply a hydrophobic, UV-protective spray to the paint and ceramic coat the windows for reduced glare and lasting water resistance

For exterior details, it really varies depending on what you want. Basic exterior details will include a pre-wash to remove any bugs, loose debris, and light contaminants, followed by a foam contact wash.

Wheel wells and Rims are cleaned to remove all brake dust and dirt, and the tires are scrubbed and finished with a tire shine if preferred. All vehicle paint surfaces get spray protectant to make the vehicle’s paint hydrophobic, add some UV protection, and give it a nice shine.

To make things better, all windows get a ceramic coat. This will not only reduce glare from headlights at night, but also make all windows bead water and roll right off, allowing the driver to have better visibility. This will last for months under normal driving conditions.
